What still needs confirming

This site launched before every fact on it was nailed down, which is a normal thing to do a month out from an election and a bad thing to hide. So here is the list, in public. Each item is marked on the page it affects as well as listed here.

The joint list's ballot letters are not confirmed. The vote page prints a holding line instead of a letter.

What closes it: Check the Central Elections Committee publication, put the letters in site.config.json → ballot.letters, set ballot.confirmed to true.

The bank account is taken from the campaign's DONATE TODAY graphic of 24 September 2026 and has not been confirmed with the treasurer.

What closes it: Confirm the account is current and correct for an English-language page, then set this item done.

The six post-trauma statistics are the campaign's own and have not been checked against the Rehabilitation Division or Ministry of Health source data.

What closes it: Get the underlying sources, cite them on the page, or drop the figures.

Eight of the twelve candidates have no biography. Their cards show a name and a seat and nothing else.

What closes it: Get 3–5 sentences in English from each candidate, paste into public/candidates.json, set verified to true.

The caravan sponsorship has no registered aid entity behind it, so it collects nothing and shows an enquiry address instead.

What closes it: Register the entity, put its name in sponsorship.aidEntityName, get placement costs, then connect a processor — never before.

english@israelfirst.party is not known to exist yet. Every contact route on the site points at it, and the donate page points at donate@israelfirst.party.

What closes it: Create both mailboxes on the israelfirst.party domain and give them to a person who reads them.

The pledge and question forms deliver to the Netlify dashboard, not to an inbox. Nobody is notified when someone writes in.

What closes it: Add a notification email in the Netlify site settings for both forms.

The twelve names come from a campaign graphic. Wikipedia's party-lists page shows only four, and English transliterations differ between sources.

What closes it: Reconcile against the filed list, settle one spelling per person, and establish whether Jonathan Pollard is on it.

No one at Israel Techila HQ has read this site. The platform page puts the party's positions into English words that are ours.

israelfirst.party is registered and is the canonical domain for this site.

What closes it: Done — set in site.config.json → domain. DNS still has to point at the host; see docs/DEPLOY.md.

Why this page exists

A campaign site is read as a set of assertions. Where we are not yet certain of one, saying so costs us a little credibility with people who were going to scrutinise us anyway, and saves us a great deal with everybody else.
